Guided Old Town Walkabout
Free entry with the Stockholm Pass

Join a guided walking tour in the Old Town to experience the beautiful historical buildings and learn about the history and founding of Stockholm through fascinating tales and stories about the city. The Old Town is an important part of the cultural heritage of Stockholm, dating back to the 1200s and many of the houses and buildings are preserved from the 1800s. You’ll be taken along the pretty, narrow alleys, cobblestone streets and through old vaults to really get a sense of old Stockholm.

You can stop off at the small shops to buy unique antiquities, art and handcrafted artworks by local artisans, and it’s a great place for a coffee and lunch too, to take in the sights of the city. You’ll also learn about the dark history of the city from the time when the Old Town was a slum, as well as the horrifying history of Stockholm’s Blood Bath…
